Sales and Marketing Representative (FT Monday to Friday)

The company delivers a wide range of managed IT services designed to increase company’s business continuity, security, and efficiency.

Job Duties:

• Solid experience in marketing automation and extended experience working in a digital marketing environment

• Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome client objections

• Exceptional analytical skills in quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, KPI and ROI

• Create a brand strategy and ensure all aspects of the product, marketing and activities align with the nature of the brand and are primarily sales focused

• Creating presentations, host weekly webinars and workshops

• Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel, and Adobe Suite to create presentations and reports, and point of sale materials

• High proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn ads, WordPress, Twitter ads, and Facebook ads

• Demonstrated proficiency in offline marketing channels and traditional advertising

• Develop high-quality effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy

• Develop the marketing and pricing strategy for new and existing products

• Develop new and innovative product idea based on market analysis

• Develop sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients

• Direct, face to face communication with clients through various sales methods

• Evaluate client's needs and recommend relevant services

• Excellent communication with the ability to build deep relationships across the business

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

• Experience of implementing marketing best practices and multiple marketing channel execution

• Implement marketing strategy, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR

• Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition

• Should be able to interact with customers face to face in an online and in-person events

• Marketing and selling the products and services to new and existing clients

100% Commission based - 15% of sales for the first $10000 and 20% of sales after $10000 (uncapped growth and commission)
