Part-Time Marketing and Sales Assistant

If you are a student and need time to study this is a great shift for that. Also, if you are on a student visa and only allowed to work 20 hours maximum a week this is a perfect shift for you. We have had students doing this shift in the past and once they graduated school some of them have stayed on with us in a full-time role. Innovation Networks is always looking for good people


This role will assist to our Marketing and Sales Department with Social Media and specific cross-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least a minimum background in Digital Marketing, and a good understanding of computers and technology is a huge bonus. A degree is not required to do this role.


Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between vendors marketing portals and the company, using the available information to create content for our current social media platforms

• Schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and engage on each platform daily

• Review SEO strategy and performance

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns

• Track Google Analytics

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns

• Record and report all digital marketing metrics to direct supervisor

• Communicate with freelancers to support social media efforts such as YouTube videos, blog articles, and other marketing collateral

• Complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include but are not limited to running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on the company, recording data on our CRM (MS Dynamics) and other assignments in the database

• Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral

• Help creating and reviewing campaigns' lists through online


Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma

• A bonus would be a minimum of 1- year experience with Marketing and/or Sales

• Experience/excels in copywriting and SEO is essential!

• Basic graphic design (Canva) is a bonus

• Passion/love for internet marketing

• Well organized and detail-oriented

• Communicates effectively when speaking with, or writing to, others

• Uses active listening and questioning skills to understand needs and issues

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet all the required deadlines and expectations

• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage concurrent activities and meet timelines
