Operation Trainer (Manufacturer)

As a team member of the Operations Team.You will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Trainer will be responsible for developing the skills and knowledge of the company's hourly manufacturing workforce. It involves ensuring that the company is equipped with a manufacturing workforce that can optimize its current and future goals and objectives, while delivering quality products and services that can meet consumers’ requirements.
