Job Position:

  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrate procedures

  • Meeting deadlines

  • Make accommodations, order supplies, forms, disposal of asset, maintenance and security services

  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

Job Requirements:

  • English

  • Secondary high school certificate

  • 1 year experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Organized

  • Flexible
