Position Summary:
Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for many aspects of visual communication to help reinforce our brand in the marketplace.
We are looking for a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our rapidly growing team of talented and collaborative marketers. You will be responsible for helping tell our brand story by creating on-brand and engaging visuals and motion graphics across our digital media.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in conceptual design and development of marketing materials
Deliver engaging and high-quality creative for digital marketing, advertising and other visual projects
Set clear direction, manage artwork and creative timelines to support sales and marketing objectives
Design an array of digital assets including landing pages, emails, newsletters, banner ads, website graphics, and videos
Ensure all designs adhere to company standards, style and branding guidelines
Manage the online digital asset library; ensuring content is up-to-date and organized
Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills
Assist with the planning and execution of photoshoots and video productions
Key/Technical Skills:
Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content
Visual acumen and demonstrated proficiency with design principles across digital platforms
Self-motivated and accountable; owns tasks and sees projects through from start to finish
Works quickly, while maintaining high-quality design work
Able to prioritize workload based on business needs and objectives
Loves to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Keeps a finger on the pulse of branding, website and graphic design trends
Ability to handle ambiguous problems and present solutions with proper project management
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Intermediate experience with HTML, CSS
Experience with WordPress
Education and Experience:
Experience in digital graphic design
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
Portfolio with relevant sample work
Skills in multimedia
It's a bonus if you have:
Experience creating motion graphics/animations
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first UI/UX
Experience with the SaaS/B2B sectors
